All about you

week 1 & 2

  • We will uncover and see which core wounds you are carrying and which aspects of relationships trigger you. Do you feel like you’re not good enough? Do you feel trapped when relationships starts to get serious?

Behaviors & how you meet your own needs

Week 3 & 4

  • Next, we will reprogram the behaviors triggered by your core wounds. Do you tend to fantasize about other people or an ex? Do you tend to people please with your partner and end up feeling unsatisfied and unheard?

Your needs and how to communicate Them

Week 5 & 6

  • We will look at how your communication and needs affect your relationships. Do you tend to get very angry and start to scream at your partner? Do you know what you need in conflict to help yourself feel better?

Your Boundaries and you

Week 7 & 8

  • Boundaries are the next step. Do you find yourself saying yes when you want to say no? Do you tend to shut down and not speak up when something makes you unhappy or uncomfortable?

Additional Work

  • Next, We will look into your coping mechanism. Do you turn to food when you feel upset? Do you find that you can’t stop yourself from shopping?

  • Finally, We will do some shadow work. What aspects of you exist inside you without your knowledge? Do you think that being selfish is bad to a fault where you start to give too much of yourself to other people?
